The Austrian border is still open, for the time being Austria is not planning to close down.
According to the facebook news, blankets, sleeping bags, easy-to-set-up tents and rain coats are badly needed at the Röszke border crossing.
These things are collected in the Southern Hungarian city of Szeged, then forwarded to the border.
